Igloo Picnics

This package includes a styled picnic in our cozy 11ft x 7ft Igloo Dome! Teakwood tables, boho rugs, pillows, table runner, chargers, plates, napkins, flatware, goblets, candles, and a centerpiece.

Perfect for dinner parties, wedding receptions, and more! This package was designed for individuals wanting to use our table decor to style your own dining table!  Need tables and chairs? We can provide that too, contact us for our full service Dinner Parties.

Where are you located?

The Posh Picnic is based in Austin, Texas but we travel all over to serve our clients! Some of our recents bookings have been in Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Fredericksburg, San Angelo, Waco, Kingsland, Houston, and San Antonio. Give us a call and we will build a custom quote for you!

How long do the picnics last?

Our picnics are two hours long. We arrive thirty minutes prior to your booking time to set up and perfect your picnic. Need more time? Add an additional hour of fun for $50 at checkout. Headed out before your two hours is up? Contact us 15 minutes before you leave so we can head back.

Where can you set up?

We can set up just about anywhere! Popular location ideas are parks, hotel rooms, rooftops, and even your backyard or living room. Give us a call and we’ll help you find the perfect spot! One place we CANNOT set up at is Zilker Park-it’s a bummer, but the city does not allow picnic companies to set up there. 

What's the cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. We do not offer refunds, but we can change your reservation time or day if given a 48-hour notice at no cost. You have up to six months to reschedule your booking. Subject to availability.

Do you provide food?

We do not personally make or provide food, however we work closely with dessert and charcuterie vendors that we can coordinate and deliver on you behalf. Looking for something more filling? What about a rain plan?

We all know how Texas weather is. Let’s keep an eye on the forecast and decide 24 hours before your picnic if we should move it indoors (living room set up) or reschedule.

When should I book?

The best time to book is always ASAP! If you’re booking a picnic for 2-8 guests, we will try our best to accommodate last minute (24-72 hour) requests. For larger picnics, we recommend booking at least 10-14 days in advance.

Can I bring my pet?

We love our fur friends, however our setups have a lot of glassware and delicate items so it’s best to enjoy your luxury picnic with your guests only.

Home Set Ups: We know how excited and curious your dogs/cats may be when a new person visits, however, some of our items are heavy and sharp. To ensure the safety of your pet while our team works quickly and efficiently-please be sure to keep your pets at a safe distance
