Meet Candace
Hi there! I’m Candace Perez, luxury event planner and owner of The Posh Picnic in Austin, Texas!
Prior to Covid, my former event planning company Parties by Perez coordinated numerous social events, weddings, and corporate events. During the pandemic, after the majority of our events were canceled, I pivoted and created The Posh Picnic-becoming Austin’s first upscale picnic service! The joy I receive from being a part of your special moments and brightening your day, drives me to always do my best work.

Choose Your Date
Choose a time and place and we’ll take care of the rest! Your picnic will be set up and perfected before your arrival. When you are finished, we come back to clean and pack everything away!
Pick a Location
We bring the picnic to you! Popular location ideas are Airbnbs, hotel rooms, rooftops, and even your backyard or living room! Give us a call and we’ll help you find the perfect spot!
