Wedding Planning/Day of Coordination
Our team specializes in Day of Coordination; best for brides that have a plan and know exactly what they want but need a team to see their vision through on the day of! We will meet once or twice to go over the itinerary, see last minute details, and go over what has been discussed with vendors. We coordinate with you, the venue, and vendors to create a very detailed timeline. We will attend the wedding rehearsal so that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the ceremony. On the wedding day our role will be to ensure your plans are carried out smoothly and to handle any problems that arise that way you, your bridal party, and your family can relax and enjoy all the special moments without stressing! Our Day of Coordination rate starts at $1850 for weddings with up to 150 guests. *Travel fees may apply.
